For Players
Is Serva free for Players?
Yes. There is no separate Serva booking fee for Players unless otherwise stated. You pay the court Owner according to the price shown on the booking page.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book a court without creating a Serva account.
How do I book a court?
Choose a court, select an available date and time, enter your booking information, and follow the payment instructions provided by the Owner.
How do I pay?
Each Owner chooses their accepted payment methods. These may include GCash, Maya, GoTyme, bank transfer, or card payment links.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed according to the Owner's booking and payment process.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
This depends on the Owner's cancellation and refund policy. Check the policy shown on the court's booking page before booking.
Can I join an Open Play session?
Yes. Many venues run **Open Play** — drop-in games where you sign up and pay for just your own spot instead of booking a whole court. Look for the **Open Play** tab on a venue's booking page, tap an **Open play** hour on its calendar, or browse all of them under **Find a court → Open play & coaching**.
Can I sign up for a coaching class?
Yes. Venues that offer coaching list their classes under a **Coaching** tab on their booking page, with the class title, coach, schedule, and price per player. You sign up and pay for your own spot, the same way as Open Play. You can also browse classes under **Find a court → Open play & coaching**.
I paid but my booking isn't confirmed. What should I do?
Contact the court Owner using the contact information in your booking confirmation. Keep your payment receipt or transaction reference.
I have a problem with my booking. Who do I contact?
For court availability, cancellations, refunds, payments to the Owner, or venue concerns, contact the Owner directly.
For technical problems with Serva, contact contact@servacourt.com.
For Court Owners
What is Serva?
Serva gives sports court owners their own online booking page where Players can view availability and make bookings.
Do I need my own website?
No. Serva gives you a booking page that you can share on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Google, or anywhere else.
What sports does Serva support?
Serva is designed for sports and recreational venues, including pickleball, badminton, tennis, basketball, and volleyball.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. You can add your court or business name, logo, photos, contact information, amenities, social links, and booking policies.
How do Players pay me?
You choose which payment methods you want to accept and provide the applicable payment instructions or payment links.
Does Serva hold my booking payments?
Unless a specific Serva payment feature states otherwise, booking payments are made directly to the Owner.
Can I manage my bookings from my phone?
Yes. Serva is web-based and can be accessed through a web browser.
Can I edit a booking after it's confirmed?
Yes. Click **Edit** on any booking to add extras like paddle rentals, adjust the total, move it to another open time, or add notes. For bookings Players made, their name and email stay as they booked.
Can I run Open Play sessions?
Yes. Use **Open Play** in your dashboard to open a court for drop-in play. Players sign up and pay per spot, you set the capacity and price, and the session blocks those court hours from regular bookings automatically.
Can I offer coaching classes?
Yes. Use **Coaching** in your dashboard to schedule classes with a title, coach, class size, and price per player. Players sign up and pay per spot, the class blocks those court hours automatically, and your coach gets a private link (no login needed) to see who's coming.
How much does Serva cost?
Serva offers a free trial and paid plans. Current pricing is shown on the signup or pricing page.
Can I stop using Serva?
Yes. You may stop your subscription according to the applicable subscription terms.
