Cancellation & Refunds
Serva provides the booking technology used by court Owners.
Each Owner sets their own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy for court bookings.
Before completing a booking, Players will be shown the applicable policy for that court.
For Players
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, please contact the court Owner using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.
Serva does not determine or process refunds for court bookings unless specifically stated otherwise.
For Court Owners
Owners are responsible for clearly setting and communicating their cancellation and refund policies.
Owners are also responsible for honoring their stated policies.
Serva Subscription
Court Owners may use Serva during the 30-day free trial period. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using Serva's paid features.
If a subscription payment is due and the payment is not successfully completed, the Owner will have a 24-hour grace period to complete the payment.
If payment is still not received after the 24-hour grace period, access to Serva's account features may be temporarily suspended until the subscription payment is completed.
Once the payment is successfully received, access to the applicable account features may be restored.
Automatic Payments
If an Owner enables recurring or automatic payments, Serva may automatically charge the selected payment method according to the subscription plan and billing schedule.
Owners are responsible for keeping their payment information current and ensuring that their selected payment method can be charged.
Subscription Cancellation
Owners may cancel their Serva subscription according to the cancellation process provided in their account.
Cancellation of a Serva subscription does not automatically cancel or refund any court bookings already made by Players. Owners remain responsible for handling existing bookings according to their stated booking policies.
