2. How We Use Your Information

Allow Owners to manage their bookings;

3. Information Shared With Court Owners
When you make a booking, information necessary to fulfill the booking may be shared with the relevant Owner.
This may include your name, contact information, booking details, and payment confirmation information where applicable.
4. Payments
Payment may be made directly to the Owner using the payment method displayed on the Owner's booking page.
Serva does not normally collect or store your payment PINs, passwords, or similar confidential payment credentials.
Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
If an Owner's account has been inactive or unpaid for one (1) year and one (1) day, we may permanently delete the account and associated personal information, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Serva may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Platform functioning, remember preferences, improve our services, understand usage, and maintain security.
